    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power-gaming is giving your character traits that allow them to do unrealistically powerful or unlikely things. It is also roleplaying unfairly advantageous and unrealistic feats.

“Well thank ya!” she replies, giving him a warm smile. She adjusts the sack of potatoes on her back, wincing at the weight of them. “Could I maybe put these down? They’re doin’ a number on ma’ back.” She sets the sack down before getting an answer. “Where do ya think a lass could sell some potatoes for a reasonable price? My family needs the money for ma’ wee brother’s schooling.”
