    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: By knowing something your character doesn't know and acting as your character. Dose for example let's say my character Xian says that he knows where. Something is but even though he is new to the area.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Taking a godly action such as saying xian shopped the strangers head off and an example of. Non-power gaming is saying instead xian attempted to chop off the strangers head.

Read the scenario below this box and type out inside of this box how your character might respond. Your response must be at least four sentences long and include at least one action and at least one piece of dialogue surrounded by quotes. Xian says "hello good sir I am here for adventure and a better status in society". the stranger says" so i see your here for adventure and higher society status that's better than what other people have said". I say "good well good bye good sir have a great rest of your day".

  • Your Powergaming Definition is on the right track, though it’s not quite there. Take another look at our Wiki’s definitions for help, and I recommend including an example so I can tell you fully understand!

  • Your Character Biography states that your character was born on January 1st, 1735. This should be changed as, with the age you listed in your application, your character would have been born in 1787 as the current year on the server is 1805. Also, LotC does not follow the calendar like real life, so the month of January does not exist, please change this! You don't need to include the specific month your character was born if that makes it easier!  

  • Your Character Biography states that Lord of the Craft is a kingdom. Lord of the Craft is simply the name of the server. Within the server there are many different places and kingdoms that go by their own names! I'd recommend looking at the LotC Wiki for more information on this! 

  • Your Character Biography is missing some lore references! Please remember to include at least two! These can be major events, wars, religion, etc. Here are some links that may help you find some!

  • Your Personality Traits/Quirks are a bit lacking. If you’re lost on what more to say, think of their fears, how they act around new people, etc. Your response should also be at lest two sentences in length. 

  • Your Character dislikes response but be at least two sentences in length. 

  • Your Character likes response but be at least two sentences in length. 

  • Your Roleplay Scenario Response must not include any thoughts and must be in third-person, please correct this! 

  • Please fix all grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors in your application to the best of your ability. I recommend using a free grammar checker such as Grammarly.
