You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

The short figure seems to tremble upon hearing that voice. The young boy is startled at first since he is not used to that kind of harsh environment, let alone that nauseating smell.
── "Me? Y-You were expecting me?" ── The boy stutters in confusion but takes a deep breath to calm himself down. ── "Perhaps you are a witch, aren't you? In that case let me introduce myself."
The boy sits down in the tent, letting the dim light of the candles reveal his true appearance as he takes the hood off his head, showing his face with fine features to the woman. Although his initial reaction, he now shows that he is rather brave in order to face his own fears.
── "My name's Endoru, I came from the far outer lands in seek of a long time-friend. A girl who once dedicated her life to banditry and battle, she is one warrior that I have raised in swordsmanship myself, despite of us having similar ages." ── The white-haired person says as he reveals that he is actually not as young as he appears to be. ── "I am curious about her, I wonder whether if she is alive right now or if something happened to her, thus I have decided to adventure deeper into these lands in order to find her and once again take care of her if I am not late. Now tell me, curious lady, would you help my lost soul get in track?"
