You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"Well," I begin looking around, taken aback by the dirtiness of the place, yet captivated by the enchanting atmosphere. "I come from the United Kingdom of Aaun, where me and my family resided," I reminisce with a touch of nostalgia. "We lived in a modest home, far from any noble titles. My father, a hard-working man, had a strict demeanor but a kind heart. My mother, always lighthearted, would often joke about her past relationships without making my father uncomfortable."
As I think of my sister, a tear wells up in my eye. "Then, there's my sister, Elizabeth. She was truly charming, with a compassionate soul and a strong sense of justice." Overwhelmed with a sense of vengeance, I exclaim, "Until... until they were taken away from me!" I try to regain composure, realizing that getting upset won't bring them back. "One night, a group of thieves infiltrated our humble home, ransacking everything until they dropped something in my parents' room, awakening them. The next thing I knew, my parents were killed, the house ablaze, and my sister and I were fleeing into the forest."
I break down in tears, unable to bear the weight of what I'm about to say. "They caught up to us, and in front of my eyes, they took my sister's life. I had lost everything, my nobility stripped away. My entire family was gone, and there was no way to reclaim our status through mere lineage. I had to forge a new path and work towards it. Desperate, I managed to defeat the three pursuers with one of their own swords." I pause, wiping away my tears, and meet the lady's gaze. "That's why I'm here, seeking new opportunities to rebuild my life and restore honor to my family name."
