A courageous halfling rogue named Zuzu Azjabukie was raised as an orphan on the streets of a bustling city, honing her quick wit and dexterous hands to survive, until one fateful night she found an ancient artifact that gave her the ability to control shadows, setting her off on a quest to learn more about her mysterious ancestry and fight the evil forces that threatened to consume her homeland. "My goodness, with the power that I have learned this could be shattering", Zuzu learned a secret about her family history as she pursued her mission: they were a family of shadow sorcerers who had long protected the delicate balance between light and darkness. She accepted her responsibility as a keeper of this ancient power after realizing its significance and committed herself to defending her country from the approaching darkness, "Well it is time that I must stand for something and fix this myself", she mutters to herself. Zuzu Azjabukie accepted her destiny as a rogue hero and was prepared to take on the powers that threatened to submerge her world in an endless night thanks to her quick acrobatics, crafty wit, and the shadows as her companions, "I will set off to do what is needed" she says, "for the good of all halfling kind". In fear of her finings, she quickly darted away from where she lived on a ship, and sailed to Aevos hoping to set herself a new life in her grand adventures.
