A) I must ask you to remove the magic in your biography - your characters cannot be frozen in time as it is breaking lore. I highly suggest reading up on the lore for the server on the Wiki and incorporating that into the transition from  Axios to Atlas. 

B) We're also on Atlas, Vailor was a few maps ago. The previous map was Axios. You can find the rest of the lore on the Wiki!

Fear not! Being placed under pending does not mean you have been denied. Your application is solid, but could use a few tweaks to help get your application stablized. You have 24 hours to implement the tweaks using the [Edit] feature on the forum. When you have made the changes, contact me (on the forums or on Discord) and I will review the application once more. After 24 hours your application will be either Accepted or Denied. In the case of Denial, you will need to wait 3 hours before making another application.

I recommend joining the New Player Discord for assistance in finding answers. It is a helpful tool that will not only help during your application process but also help as a tool once you are implemented on the server.
