How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is basically, saying someones name without knowing them. Basically saying something your character in game wouldn't know at all. Like Skype, Discord, or anything of that sorts.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Doing something your character probably could not do, like cutting someones head off with a dagger. Or forcing actions on another player.
