    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is getting information when u are out of character. For Example : Some of ur friend send a chat in ur discord and it said "Im die and i never play that game again" and when u play as ur role, ur role already know if ur freind is die, is mean Metagaming, and its not allowed in roleplay.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is something that is unreasonable or unfair or overpowered that forces other characters to. powergaming is like doing an emote which includes forcing other characters to accept the emote. For example Your enmy use his magic to make him back alive thats calling powegaming because that doesnt make any sense and is not funny.
