You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Example: "Alright, fair enough" I say as I sit down. "I'm a orphan, don't know what happened to my parents, but they aren't here now are they?" I say laughing. Suddenly serious, "I was forced to steal as a child in order to survive. One day, I stole from the wrong man, or should I say, right man. He taught me the ways of the Assassin, gave me a home and food." A single tear forms under my mask, "Then, a few days after my graduation, his past came for him. Enemies that he had never told me existed kicked down his door and dragged him away. Merely hours before this, he had given me his cloak and mask" I say, motioning towards each respectively. "And now I'm here, in a desperate attempt to make him proud." Now that that's over with" I say with a sigh as I get up and move towards the door, "I'll be going, have a wonderful day." As I duck out of the tent, I toss a small bag into the air. When it lands in my hand, it jingles with the sound of a few small coins. "It ain't much, but it's something." I say with a chuckle.
"Oh, I just, uh…" you stutter, tensing up. You eye the crone, then back outside the tent. For a moment, the air thickens with anticipation, until…
