You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
He'd sit down, Proceeding to look up at the lady, Smiling softly and lying down on the ground, "My story huh?" He would put his arm behind his head as a cushion, Grabbing the ruby tied to his hair and start to fiddle with it. "Nothing too special I believe." He chuckled softly, Then coughed abruptly. "Excuse me," He'd clear his throat." Well, I suppose I should start with my childhood, I don't quite remember it all, But the few things that I do remember are my parents speaking in some of the language, Though I don't know what they were saying, It sounded beautiful. I believe very well that is what I'm supposed to speak." He'd shrug, leaving the ruby alone, moving to a piece of his hair and started to fiddle with it instead as he talked. "Another thing that I remember is my mother playing a stringed instrument before I went off to sleep." He'd smile softly, leaving the piece of hair alone and put his arm back under his head, to better cushion it. "It's a nice memory. I don't remember anything past that, But I slowly started to remember things again the more I got older." He'd sit up and cross his legs, Putting his hands on his legs. "Though! That doesn't mean I can't make a name for myself now! I wanna explore this world, Find somewhere where I can call home!" His eyes would sparkle. "Learning my language, Finding friends, Having an adventure, Seeing the many cultures of this world, Learning musical instruments, And staying out of trouble if I can help it!" He'd smile brightly, His smile quickly fading as he remembered something. "Ah! How rude of me! What is your name? I'm Zakloth Hemlock!" He'd hold out his hand towards the lady and warmly smiled at her, patiently waiting for her response.

How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: You avoid power gaming by knowing the limitations of your character, Going beyond that is unfair and makes the roleplay boring, Also avoiding taking control of the topic at hand also makes it unfun too, I believe it's fair to both sides if you know each other's limitations, And make sure you don't go past that point.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: It disrupts the fairness if you were to know information out of character, Whether you learn something from the wiki or plans of something within the roleplay Unless you don't implement it onto your character, Meaning your character suddenly knows something that they shouldn't, Isn't fair and makes it very unfair and makes the roleplay boring. Whether your character seeks out the information you just learned or doesn't, roleplay should be fair.
