You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

“Mmm it's quite the long story…” says the 5’6 male with long hair. “I’m just a normal citizen from petras but I have grown bored of petras and try to adventure the lands beyond me. To learn and be more cultured to the people around me.” As I take a swig of beer. “I do say I do not regret leavi by my home town.” Would purse his lips as he would go to speak towards the old hag. “I hail from the Commonwealth of Petra..” as he would take a step forward before going to site down crossing his legs and placing his hands on top of his knees “My story is a plain but a simple story. My family taught me how to live off the land, from as long as I can remember I had a bow in my hand.” a slight bright smile coming to his face “My father taught me the way of the land, how to hunt and fish in the beautiful forest and rivers of Petra. He was a kindhearted man with nothing but kindness in his heart.” he would give a slight shake of his head “But my mom did not care for his gentle soul. She would belittle him to the point where he would leave and not come home from the forest for days. This happened until I was the age of sixteen.” a sadness would seem to overcome Yvo. “She was a wicked woman going into town and drinking all of our mina’s away, some months we would not have food if my dad did not live off the land.” a couple tears ran from his cheeks “Once I turned the age of eighteen my father told me to leave this place and to never come back… I didn’t understand why.. He was my beloved father and he seemed to care and love but I think he wanted me to live a better life and to never have to deal with my Mother again.” a slight nod given to the women “All I had when I left for the city of Numendil was the bow on my back, a couple of flint arrows and the will to find a happier life… It has what has lead me on my journey to explore the world.” he would finish his rant. Taking out a flask from his jacket, a strong aroma of whiskey would fill the room as he takes a swig. He would mumble out “I nae plan on going back.”
