You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
"Uhmm..." Sparrow sits down hesitantly, her knees go to her chest as she wraps her arms around them. "Well this is a little creepy.." she paused for a bit, taking in the scenery and the scent of the many candles burning. "My grandma died.. She fell ill, But I wasn't there when she died" Sparrow looks down and twiddles her thumbs. She raises her head to speak again " Granny was a little bit mad, she chucked me into the forest to 'find myself' which was a bit weird, and it sucked cause I had to walk back home! that took like 4 days! I got so lost!" Sparrows head falls between the crook of her knees, her hands falling to her head "and then when i got home, granny wasn't there, and the house was ran-sacked, I found out from some towns-folk that she passed.. I don't have anywhere to go.." she looks up at the ceiling of the tent, taking in all the colours. " So now, I guess I'm on a real journey, trying to find someone.. or something to believe in"
