    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Granting your character the ability to have skills or knowledge he as no reason to already have. Metagaming can also be communication while out of character that could benefit all parties involved.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is completely controlling the outcome of something that is subject to chance. An example of this could be forcing a trade with someone or making yourself find an artifact. PowerGaming could also be using an ability that is simply not possible for your race.
