    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when someone is roleplaying a character using their own knowledge of a situation. For example, if I know there is about to be an attack on a group, but my character does not, metagaming would to have your character know that there will be a raid going on even though they have had no knowledge about it beforehand.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when someone overpowers their character. Instead of saying something WILL happen to not power game you must attempt to do something.

Arya would be walking into a new village looking for some shelter since she would of been traveling far distances. Looking around she sees a man walking up to her, and starting to speak to her. "What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society." As this man talked to her she was barely listening. Arya would turn to the man and look him dead in the eyes. "I don't think this is a good time." If the man walked away she would continue on with her day, but if he kept talking to her should would become more angry and yell, "Don't you listen? I said not a good time?" Then would try to walk away again.

Physical Description: Arya is a short woman at a height of 5'1. Her hair is dirty blonde and her eyes are brown. Arya's clothing can vary from masculine to feminine.

  • Your powergaming definition, although headed in the right direction is not quite what I'm looking for yet. Please read back up on the server used definition of this term here, and rephrase your current definition.
  • Your biography is still missing two lore references. These can range from historical places, to characters or events. Below you can find a few pages to help you along the way with these references. Do note that only naming a certain realm does not count as a reference, as we are expecting you to go more in depth (example: mentioned Almaris does not count as a reference).
    • Almaris, the realm we are currently on.
    • Arcas, the previous realm we were on. This is the realm where your character would have been born on.
    • The Human lore page, where you can also find the current Human nations.
  • Your roleplay scenario, although headed in the right direction is still a bit short. I'm expecting at least four sentences, with a mix of dialogue and character actions.

  • There's one last change needing to be made! With your character's age in mind, Adria would not have been around anymore. The successor to that, after Adria changed his name would be the Commonwealth of Kaedrin! Currently also known as Redenford. There were of course other Human settlements in Arcas, lining up with your persona's age. Be sure to check out the Arcas wiki page, which has a list of all major settlements that were around then.
