    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when the player uses knowledge that their character should not know to push their own agenda. To use out of character knowledge in character and therefore having an unfair advantage as well as ruining the fun of roleplaying in the first place. (I take this personally from experience.)
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when a player takes away agency from another player by controlling aspects of the roleplay that they should not be able to. Such as writing another character's reaction for them or landing critical hits without asking.

With wide eyes, Yuzuki takes in the well dressed man's attire as if she’s never seen anything like it. After a few more seconds of gazing, she realized she was being spoken to and hurried to respond.

She finishes her sentence by gesturing to her sea salt encrusted self to make sure he understands that this is not the appearance she wants to stay as.
