    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: finding out new knowledge mid fight without knowing anything about it before giving yourself an advantage, for example you are in a fight and you don't know what a sort of spell does so you google it mid fight and all of a sudden your character knows all about it
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: not giving someone an option in a fight for example saying you kill someone without giving them a prompt to fight back or escape

Otto: "Wow! , this place is amazing its huge!"
Otto: "Why did I come here? Well to make money and that's it."
*Otto walks away from the gentlemen and looks at the stands and shops*
Otto: "There are so many things here that I have never seen before."
Otto: "I should probably get a job soon I need to make money as quick as possible"
*Otto starts looking around for any job opportunities, he asks around a few places but is rejected all he spends his first night homeless*

  • Your Metagaming Definition is incorrect. Please review our Wiki’s definition and correct yours accordingly! I recommend including an example so I know you fully understand. Let me know if you need any help!

  • Your Roleplay Scenario Response is too short! It must be at least 4 sentences long and include at least one piece of dialogue in quotes, and one action! An example action would be: Amy meandered across the old wooden dock. Additionally, your response may not control the NPC speaking with you. Only include your own character's words and actions.

  • Your Skin does not match your physical description. Please fix this accordingly!
