You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

*Silently scrapes voice* ''Ahem,'' *deep but silent breathe while embracing to speak* ''Who may this be'' *very surprised and confused but keeping eye contact at all time*

 *Waiting for the hags answer in a good responsive position in case combat breaks out(very quick reaction&paranoid)*

*After getting the hag's name realizing they are just a stranger Purrlyx appreciates a stranger asking their story*

''I grew up fairly lonely but known amongst townspeople, because their parents were highly respected citizens and always occupied with affairs. They made sure I could fend and depend on themself from a young age. Because of this I hung out with some friends that did not have a particularly good influence on them. I started being a bit of a rascal and when news came out about some of the things their parents were now starting to lose their respected status. Caring more about their status than their child, My parents disowned them by making a public statement and apologizing for their behavior, well knowing he was able to fend for themself. My friends however. Ratted him out saying it was their idea and so getting him banished from the village altogether.

I left and roamed the ancient woods of Elvenesse with his trusty bow plotting for revenge. A couple years later I returns to his village in disguise and sees that their parents conceived another Elven baby shortly after he was banished. Hurt and full of rage I blindly broke into their home and readied a shot with their bow while tearing up. The parents walk in and right before Purrlyx manages to release the string of their bow, a cloaked figure appeared from behind and stopped me from shooting while immediately stopping me from doing anything else by giving a giant but tight hug.

Not knowing who the cloaked figure is, I could feel who it was. It was one of their childhood friends they have a special ability that could mimic the persons feeling they most cared about. ''

*In Purrlyx's mind a 1000 things are going on*

''The friend tells me that they have been following them for all these years and finally caught up.

In a reflex my father stabs the friend with my own arrow. As I sees the bright light in the eyes of their friend slowly go from vivid to pale in a matter of seconds.''

*Purrlyx falls quiet and the hags asks why they won't continue.*

''I tell the hag that they don't remember what happened next as EVERYTHING. Went black infront of their eyes.''
