How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagmaing is using out of character knowledge to benefit roleplay. An example can be, John is told that jills character died in voice chat on discord, and proceeds to go to the place where she died without being told in roleplay.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Poweremoting/gaming is when a character does something they logically shouldn't be able to do. An example could be, Darius dashed across the room and tackled Ben. When the real way to do it would be something like-Darius attempted to dash across the room
