    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: meta gaming is when you use out of game uses for in game uses, whatever information is given to young not your character shouldn't be used in game unless it was sent straight to your character. This would be applied in game when your friend is in game but they are in a situation where they need your help if you are not online or near them in game either and they contact you outside of game then that would be meta gaming which isn't allowed.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: power gaming is when you force and emote or action on another player. This would be applied in game when you are doing a role-play scene and the person you are doing to scene with forces or won't stop trying to get you to do something without you willing to.

Railyn looked around with worry in her eyes ( in thought " was it to obvious im not from here") 

she just smiled at the man and said " um no im just looking for a new beginning you know..."

the man just looked at her oddly but then smiled and yelled " well then il gladdedly help you around see this my son here.. " he then continued to point at a boy with dark hair and clearly. uninterested with whatever he was doing 

" he can show you around to the best living quarters we have to offer here in the city won't you boy?"

the boy processed to looked at his father and then at railyn. Uninterested he walked up and greeted Railyn "hi my name is Zeno.. I guess ill help you"

" oh you dont ... have ..too"

railyn couldnt finish her sentence with Zeno just walking ahead of her she raced behind him to catch the boy.
