You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Cian's hand hovers over their sword, while her eyes dart around the tent. "Who are you, and why were you expecting me..?" Cian questioned the older lady, their voice is stern and full of caution. After being calmed down, they slowly move in to take a seat. She clears her throat, clearly embarassed by their previous attitude. "Well, I'm an elf. I was raised in a small village by my grandparents and older brother." They glance outside the tent, as she thinks about her words carefully. "Both of my parents died in a fire when I was younger..Although it hasn't been a problem for me, I was quite young when they passed, so I don't have any memory of them." They shift in their seat to get more comftorable, as they  get deeper into her story. "my parent's were adventurers before they had me and my brother, they had wished to travel all over world." She smiles softly, as she recall her older brother's stories of them. "I'm currently an adventurer myself, looking to fufill my parents wish. Although fufilling their wish isn't my only goal." They chuckle lightly, and she raise her hand to tuck a strand of hair away from her face. "I want to become stronger, so I can protect my family. My grandparents aren't getting any younger, and I don't want to burden my older brother anymore." she hum lightly, satisfied with their day. "That's really all I can say about my story, it's must not be the most interesting one, but thanks for listening to me ramble." After chatting for a bit, Cian grabs their things and leave.
