For the following reasons

- you backstory needs a little more, like what was his life like growing up, did he train for anything, you say he grew up in Daeland, tell us a little more about his life there. His family. You're grammer is a little off but thats just something to be wary of as we are a text based server,it doesnt need to be perfect especially if english isnt you're first lanuage. 

- You're character description is a little off , 1.8 cm is a little short , small error there, i would also like to see more description of  you're character, such as hair color , build , does he have unique features. 

Okay so overall you're application looks great, your skin just a few tips from a skinner , males usually have 2x1 eyes and the blonde of the hair should maybe be toned down a little as its quite yellow. but you dont have to make these changes this is just a little tip from me.
