    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using information that you character would not know under normal situations. For instance, knowing the combination to a puzzle because you read it on a forum or etc.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Expressly using an emote that is close ended and doesn't give the other person a chance.
