    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: When information outside of the game is used to give a player an advantage. For example, if a player is in a fight, he calls all his friends to get online and help him win the fight.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Caring out unrealistic and over powered actions in order to gain huge advantages. For example a character that's unable to fight and does not have a military past, suddenly performs unusual fighting moves.

I look the man in the eyes and smile. “Hello good gentleman! I’m just a trader looking for goods to buy!” I said to him while shaking his hand. I then proceed to ask him about the market, and he guides me around. “What a lovely market!” I said while looking around.
