    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using what you know in the real world in character, even if you're character wouldn't know such things. People usually do this to give themselves an unfair advantage or maybe they are just trying win at whatever they're doing no matter what.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: It's when you make your character very selfishly, by not having any weaknesses, roleplay unfairly and try to just make your character overpowered.

Hi! As you can see, your application has been put on pending, so you're almost ready! There are just a few changes you need to make, but don't worry- you're doing great! 

 

  • Confusing Rules: Rather than having to permanently kill your character after they die in roleplay (this could happen, but there's also a chance they live their life till natural death of course!), you can instead have your character be revived by Monks. If this is the case though, your character would know nothing of them before dying (such as saying something like "haha go ahead and kill me, I'll be healed by monks and just come back"). After being healed, your character also wouldn't recall being healed by said monks. Lastly, your character  also would have no knowledge of anything that occurred thirty minutes (in real life time) before their death. If this still doesn't make sense, please let me know and I can try to explain it better! 
  • Your Character Biography is missing some lore references! Please remember to include at least two! These can be major events, wars, religion, etc. Here are some links that may help you find some!

  • Your Personality Traits/Quirks need to include at least one negative trait. This can be anything that is a fault in their personality. 

  • Your Roleplay Scenario Response must be written in third person. Please correct this! 

  • Your Skin is not up to LotC standards. Please take a look at our Skin Archive for references and free skins that you may use if you’d like.
