You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
The knight was shocked to learn that the Woman ahead was expecting him. For he did not think there would be an old woman sitting in such a town. The Knight would not take the offer of sitting down, yet would still explain what was his business here. " I have come from a land far from here. I am merely learning of new whereabouts of places, I have such a feeling for exploration. " The Knight would cross his arms, Turning his head from side to side, Making sure that the old hag wasn't attempting to do anything out of the ordinary. " You do not need to know my story. Not yet. " The Knight said as he swayed from side to side. Awaiting a new response from the old hag.

How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: By not doing so over the top actions, And or not limited to being an actual god. Having every magic. or continuously dodge and force actions to hit players
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: By if something that has not been added to the plot or will be a reveal to the plot has been exposed out loud, It is unfair because it will be unrealistic of how the character already knows about it, Even though inside of the roleplay it was never talked about amongst OCs
