You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Caspian eyes up surprised to hear what the hag tells him. "You, uh.. have been expecting me?" He drones out in a tone of sarcasm and disbelief. "Well, I am a Norlander and a follower of the Father. Proud of it too. Even before my parents passed, I watched the Ashguard and I've been waiting since those days to find the right moment to get my life in order and serve like them." He looks down for a few moments compiling his thoughts before he continues. "But, for now I've been making travel hunting and gathering pelts in the lands I pass through before heading home. The haul has been alright for now but it looks like I'll be gone for a few more days before I can start on a venture back."
