Backstory:
Torith Darif was born in Haelun'or to an elven family. He spent most of his life at home and at libraries reading books about magic hoping one he could become a mage. However he soon realized that the only way to become a mage is to find someone willing to teach him. So he left his home and began his search for master willing to take him as an apprentice. His parents told him that he had many sibling although he never met any of them because they all left before he was born. During his travels he came across an elven woman that bore a striking resemblance to his mother, and after he introduce himself he realized the woman was one of his siblings. She offered him a place to stay in her home, which is located in Vortice, while he was traveling and he accepted.
You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
