    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Speaking or acting upon information outside of your character’s knowledge base. For example finding out a certain event has occurred in the server and having your character prepare for it despite him/her not knowing about this in game
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Doing something unrealistic for the character being role-played to do. Basically, seeking ultimate power in every situation with an end goal to have a better character than everyone else.

I’ve picked out a few things that may need to be changed to pass our application process.

 

You have 24 hours to edit on the following changes.

  • Your definition for Metagaming is incorrect and short, and your Powergaming definition is just short. Try and use some examples to extend your definitions. Please review the page on Metagaming and Powergaming
  • Your skin is not up to par with the server due to it being ‘brightly colored’, but fret not; LoTC has a Skin Archive for players who cannot make their own skins, or need a temporary skin until they can make their own. These skins are Free to Use.
