    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is whenever a player uses information that is obtained outside of character in roleplay. Usually, this is intended to benefit the player who has this knowledge. The biggest issue with metagaming is that the player's character never obtained the information.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when an unrealistic action is done in roleplay and often gives players an unfair advantage. For example, a dwarf is unable to jump all the away across a city by mere force because one, that does not make within the lore, and two, it breaks the balance of the game and gives the player an unfair advantage.

Andrei would courtly walk off of the boat as he inspects the city. The fresh gusts of breeze swiftly fly by his face, eliciting him to take a deep breath as he takes in everything. He gives a smile and a brief sigh, knowing that the journey he prepared for is right in front of him. As he takes in everything, he spots the man. He'd give a nice wave to the man as he approaches him.

Andrei would listen to the man's greeting, considering it for a second. He would gaze to the big stone walls and the bustling market as he states "Glory my friend... glory."

The man would smile, stating "Good! Glory is something that everyone ought to have. Do you mind if I ask from where you hail then?"

"I come from nowhere. I aim to make this my home friend."

The man would nod with a massive smile, "That is wonderful my friend. I am glad you chose this beautiful city! It is truly marvelous -- ripe for the opportunity!"

Andrei would thank the man for his time and offer a hand out to him as an end to their conversation. The two go their separate ways, never to be seen to each other again.
