Elunith is what one would call a very out of place girl: her appearance matches that of a snow elf, she knows some of the snow elf language and she even has a name which is in the language of her snow elf ancestors. But the problem with this is she has not lived with a single full blooded snow elf in over 40 long years.

Elunith or Elun (often mistaken for Ellen) was born to a snow elf couple at the beginning of winter on the land which is now the kingdom of agnarum (not to far from where the dwarves resided in the mountains). Her parents lived alone in solitude and when she was born the family had a cabin and whole back garden of snow and endless forests at their disposal but one day her parents discovered there was a war. A war that was soon to come and while they concealed their fear from their young child they couldn't help but be worry for her safety.

Elun's parents were right to worry as when the war -the atlas coalition war-  started it grew close to home for the young snow elf couple and there daughter. In fact Elunith and her parents where caught up in the war quite literally, the parents passed away and bled out from their wounds but little Elun disappear unseen the only sign she had ever been there was her little foot prints leading into the forest and the small drops of blood on the ground from her own wounds. The dwarves who'd been involved in the war where observing what had once been a battlefield when they found the footprints, Egoi Stormfist was the first to begin following the tracks and when he did he found a small child coated in mud, her own blood and her clothes were ripped and torn. Reluctantly, the dwarf took in the child and after discovering she was a snow elf (which at first was unclear due to dirt and her condition when found) he kept her separate from everyone else until she was old enough to fend for herself.

Elun became a strong and well educated woman, when she was 14 years old Egoi gave her some books they'd found in her old derelict home. With these books Elunith taught herself how to heal and she taught herself everything she could about medicinal herbs. Over time she even added to the book by sneaking awayou from home to explore the woods which brought her closer to nature. However, even though she had a soft side she also because a strong fighter and when she was 20 years old Egoi let her go off on her own and interact with the others in the stormfist clan without having someone warch her but even then she rarely did and kept to herself mostly.

Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

Ø Unfortunately, your character cannot be part of an existing family or clan on LotC such as the Stormfists unless you receive permission from them. If you already have, please ask the player that has granted you permission to message me here on the forums or through my discord (Aqua#5363).

 

Ø The names Elunith and Arradiel do not mean what you said they mean in Elven as far as I’m aware, however you’re still welcome to use them if you remove the part in your biography that details what they mean. You don’t have to make your character’s name mean anything in Elven, but if you’re still interested in doing so then this page on the wiki might help.

 

Ø While you do not have to change this, I wanted to make sure you’re aware that due to your character’s age they would still be considered a child in most Elven cultures.

 

Ø You must include at least one server lore reference in your character biography other than their race or family. This could be the name of a place or an event they lived through. You might find the wikia and forums useful to find this – make sure to only use places and events that existed during your character’s lifetime.
