    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when your character acquires knowledge that they couldn't possibly know. For example, if I was on the other side of the map, and my friend told me OOC that she was being attacked IC, and my character was suddenly aware of the fight happening and arrived to help, that would be Metagaming.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when doing an action, you make it unfair. For example; making yourself immune during combat, or suddenly gaining powers or combat experience that you didn't have prior.
