    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is using knowledge obtained through out of roleplay means in roleplay, whether is it for gaining advantage or matter of convenience. (Example: Player 1 is a good pvper and he gets DMed by Player 2, his town owner, that their town is getting raided, Player 1 then proceeds to travel across the map to come to defend the town despite his character having no way of getting the knowledge that raid is happening in their town.)
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when someone's character is way too powerful and unrealistic. It can be either psychically (a character that is far stronger then others without any realistic means of obtaining that strength, aka instant killing people, winning unrealistic battles etc) or mentally (a character without any flaws).

"Hmm we don't really get a lot of those in our city as it's a trading port before anything, but I think I could find you someone that would be interested.." makes a slight break "Follow this road..." points in a direction "till you stumble upon a sign 'Mercenary Group - Daredevils', you could get a job there."
