    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when you take information that you know outside of the game and apply it within (if it goes against your characters roleplay). For example if I was roleplaying a homeless man, it would be unrealistic to read the wiki and then have my character know about ancient lore. It also could be joining the server because you are needed for a job when your character otherwise wouldn't be on.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when you go against your characters realistic strength. In some cases, it could be you granting yourself unfair powers that overwhelmingly benefit yourself and break the immersion for other players. This could be you portraying yourself as invincible or unrealistically strong.
