You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
Sborg placed his damp duffel bag on the ground. He didn't do the same with his helmet. Although now worn out, his armor was what he cared about most. He sat down and looked up at the old woman. Then he spoke:
"Me name Sborg. My story? Yes, me have one. But is not important old witch. The important thing is my tribe. My life is linked to my tribe. Everything I do, I do for my tribe.
I'm thinner than other orcs. This I know. But my arms are strong. The armor I wear I snatched from a knight who think me not strong enough. Nice color my armor right? White and yellow. Nice colors yes? Other orcs say the armor is bad because it's too small for them. But not for me. Now knight's armor protects my body and my head... Yes.
Even if I am smaller than others orcs my arms are strong enough to move boulders. And build walls, towers and defenses. Because this I do. I build. I build forticif... fortifications... to keep my tribe safe. My mind is big. Bigger than others. I know if tower is solid enough to resist catapult. Big walls I build. This I do. For my tribe. The Kazin'Kul may be a small tribe. This true. And world around us must be big. But not a problem. Im small too, but thats not important you see? If mind bigger and arms strong... Damage we do. Strong punch and big mind we have.
We've fought battles before, we've learned to work iron, we've learned to build fotrsr... fortresses. Me ready to do my part. For my boss! For my tribe! My ready to make Kazin'Kul big! Very big!"
After his bizarre monologue, Sborg yawned and grabbed his bag.
"Now I have to cross this swamp. Look for me mates. Little man with strage hat told me you have barge to do it. Take me there."
