    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is learning things OOC, then using what you [the player] learned to direct your character to act upon things/circumstances they themselves should not know/be aware of.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Trying to force everything to go your character's way through varying means with no regard to other player enjoyment/their charcter's abilities.

Cities... Ninskeeq nibbled at her upper lip, catching it with her small tusks. Eyes scanned the skyline, squinting at the brightness of the open sky. She took in the many sounds with small twitches of her large green ears. The tongue of these people wasn’t familiar and her ears would trail after snippets of conversation.

When approached, she startled. Ninskeek opened and closed her mouth, heart beating a little faster, “Hh...aah-rrr” she breathed, trying to wrap her mouth around the sounds to form a greeting; the results made her grimace. A roll of her shoulders in a shrug, she spoke as if relenting, “Ug.” There was a pause and a straightening of her back as Ninskeeq spoke again, “Azz-puh-rah-zznghz. Mi hahz bubhosh puhrranz.” She couldn’t hold his gaze, but she held a proud little smile.

Beautiful! An amazing application and you were so close, however, you were put on pending for the following reasons:

-> Where you didn’t define within your application the hair color of your orc, it’s clear upon your skin that it’s black, which is an acceptable goblin hair color. However, what is important for you to note is how heavy your character is, and how tall they are. Something you could figure out from the Goblin Wiki Link:
