    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is an individual harnessing knowledge or information too quickly and even out of character, such as a dwarf visiting an elf city and suddenly becoming a master in high elven magic. Or an elf visiting a dwarven city and becoming a master of mining and smithing. It breaks roleplay and lore.

    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Performing acts which make the player feel powerful and god-like in order to feel superior over others. In doing so breaking roleplay and potentially going against the lore/theme of the server.
