    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when you get access to info that your in game character does not know so if you when and learnt what a goblin does and the in game character does not know what that goblin looks like, that would be metagaming.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when you make your self a overpowered characte, which inclueds unnatural or god-like abilities like someone who can fly but is a humam; this destroies the meaning of human and do something not natural.

Spec just came into the city to his workplace to get stocked his items and then he meets this wealthy man. He is a friendly guy after all so he naturally came to him and with a cheerful smile, he replied "Well, I came here to stock MY shop. I am here for wealth and how would your day be? It was a rough journey to get here but a little chat wouldn't hurt me. Would it not?" as he starts to giggle.
