You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
"Well... I was a small little guy when I was abandoned and I met a silly man and he gave me a colourful cloak that pertained me wisdom." The colourful cloak does not give him wisdom, but he believes it does. "And well... it was optimal for my ability to survive since I did not have a suitable person for my reference." He is evidently insane based on his goofy and senseless ramblings, randomly not making much sense has lead him astray. "Either way, a single entity, an unknown creature by my understandings, I heard, was calling my name. He called me Vo, which, by my understanding, was not my name, but thus, I was described as such."

How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: I avoid powergaming in roleplay by making sure what I do in roleplay makes sense and is feasible for my character and doesn't go out of bounds of the capabilities that I can do.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Metagaming disrupts fair roleplay by creating a more unfair environment that disrupts the flow of roleplay and other user's experiences in the game, making sure to not display knowledge of information outside the game canonically in character.
