How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Knowing stuff you aren't supposed to know and altering your IC actions accordingly. Where-in your character shouldn't know that Mister Cannoli is plotting their death, but consciously evades them anyway.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: It's when you force your action on someone. As in, instant decapitation and vaporization without any sort of consent or opportunity to avoid the action.
