You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

She sat at the cushion a bit hesitantly. "You know who I am? I've never seen your face before." Daria looked around a bit suspicious of the woman. Keeping her blade close by just in case. Daria's face then contorted into a confused look. "My story?" She'd sigh taking a seat. her weary eyes could already tell you all of it. "Well. ." She though about it. I'd say it began around 5 years ago. When my village was burned down. My family and I didn't know what had started it. But we knew it was not an accident. . .afraid, we fled to a nearby forest to seek shelter. However ever since that night. I kept hearing this hum in my ear." She pressed her tongue to her lips. "I'm not sure who or what it is. But now I'm searching for it." She looked out the tent at a dim light across the way, wondering what was calling her...if she was even being called to begin with. Her ears rung and head was spinning. She wasn't aware of how close it was. Excusing herself, Daeria got up walking out of the tent. "Excuse me miss. .I hear something outside. Stay in here you'll be safe." After walking out of the tent still a little weary of the woman. She'd glance behind her to see that the tent was now missing. A shroud fog encircled where the tent used to be. 'Was she dreaming?' She wondered. "My head is killing me. . ." With that being said the woman walked into the shrouded fog searching for the voice calling her name.
