    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: It’s using information about the game from outside the game, like if you had knowledge of elemental magic from the wiki page, then used that info it in character to defeat an elemental user in a fight.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: when you force something to happen with rp, to move the plot forward or to get what you want, rather than playing it out with the other person only saying your side.
