How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is utilizing Out Of Character(OOC) information In Character(IC). Its stuff that your character would not know, an example would be knowing someone's name without even meeting and talking to him, your character would not know the person's name.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is forcing another player to do something, an example would be pushing the specific player somewhere or dragging him, basically abusing the emotes to gain an unfair advantage in Roleplay(RP)
