    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using outside knowledge which you as your character would be unaware of, if you don't know something in character then you don't know it.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Making a character or item which is too powerful or doing actions which prevent a negative outcome or response from other players. Basically if you just kill a player with no warning with no way to counter it.

Stikkeh almost jumps backwards in an overwhelming panic at the incredibly tall man. His eyes dart across the ground in front of him points to a slightly rusty nail in the ground, "Ug uhhh.. oum waz dogain diz nail, apalwag. Oum waz cahmin fer teg aploy me tawlen fer uhh.. hantin!" Stikkeh looks around for a quick exit and yells wordlessly at a passerby and runs up to them ranting about nothing like they're an old friend.
