A) Unfortunately, as much as I love purple hair, it is not realistic to the theme of LoTC. You'll have to change the description and thus your skin.

B) I would reword your definition of power-gaming, it's not quite clear what you mean. If you need help with it, the Wiki is available here. 

C) Your meta-gaming definition is incorrect. I suggest using the Wiki to help you.

D) Unfortunately your race and your biography don't match. A halfling is essentially like a Hobbit from LotR. Your race, according to your biography, would be human. 

E) Unfortunately, druidism is not a race, it is a magic/religion. It is also not passed down from parent to child, so in order to be a druid, you would have to learn it. You also cannot start out knowing magic when you first start on the server, just so you are aware.
