    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is knowing more than you know excessively, an example is

    They will ambush you but in real life you already know it while in the game you don't and you take advantage of that to win the ambush and kill everyone
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is doing actions that you generally cannot do in real life (although I imagine that here they would be more related to nonsense things) such as throwing yourself off a mountain and not receiving any type of damage
