    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: You avoid powergaming by knowing the rules and the world in which you are playing. You have to act accordingly to the world, for example if you are a simple human you cant say "i cast a very powerful spell that kills everybody!" because that would not be possible by the world rules.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: It disrupts the idea of you roleplaying your character, because when you use information of outside the game you disrupt the fun of roleplaying, that is playing like you were your character, and also disturbs the experience for other role playing people.
