    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Stick with your character's backstory and make actions realistic and with the character in mind.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Ask questions during roleplay and spend plenty of time observing surroundings.

You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"I see you remembered our conversation earlier. I'm here to inquire about the goods I was promised. I don't have much gold but I'm willing to make a trade, and I can assure you, it will be to your benefit." I talk briskly, wasting no time as I dramatically reach into one of my pouches. I keep my eyes on the woman as I fumble around and grasp a small metal object.

Physical Description: A slim and lengthy figure with wavy brown hair, braided with flowers. She is roughly 6'4 and weighs around 100 pounds.
