    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Use of information that should not be known to the character while in character due to the fact that the person roleplaying the character has this information known.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Actions of which put a character in situations that are unfair and biased in that they benefit them in a "godly" or a manner which puts them at an advantage compared to other players.

You’ve just stepped off of the boat in the port of a massive and fortified city. Before you lies a sprawling bazaar, with numerous shops, stalls, and seated traders selling wares to folk of all walks of life. Just as you’re about to continue walking onwards, into the market, you’re approached by a well-dressed gentleman who looks upon you with a big smile. “Welcome!” He began. “What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?”

“”Ive already had wealth and a well looked upon place in society, it really isn’t for me. Personally my aspirations lie in adventure, of gathering a team and fighting together for the greater good. No amount of wealth or public esteem compares......I would know.”
