    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: metagaming is breaking character or referencing out of universe material or events
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: powergaming is overstepping realistic boundaries in terms of ability, strength, prowess etc. basically roleplaying in an extremely lorebreaking manner by choosing to ignore limitations

Gorro quickly juts his head upwards, in attempt to stare at the man. Squinting his crusty bloodshot eyes, he still hardly manages to make out the man's figure, as he doesn't realize his eyes are still covered by cloth. His chapped lips open and he tells the gentleman in a guttural voice, "Gorro comes to be a restaurant, yes. He can chef!". Taken aback by the nonsensical reply, the gentleman takes his leave, power walking as far into the opposite direction as he can. Gorro was happy to have made a new friend, and struts forwards down the market row, his unbearable stench driving civilians and merchants alike away, forcing at least 2 stalls to close early.
