    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: It's when you, the player know information that your royleplaying character might not know about, but you dont use this knowledge for your advantage. Like when you play DnD
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: I'ts when one abuses their power of knowledge and create an unfair advantage towards their character.
